@Ask_Spectrum So ur Peps came by 2 fix the problem but instead of fixing anything they sat around & waisted at least an hr of time Lollygagging, talking on the phone, & eating but they didnt bother 2 fix a GD thing! So I still have no service Unbelievable! I am Pissed! AT&T!!!

Alright y’all. Go easy on @Ask_Spectrum tonight. They got a big outage they’re dealing with. The customer service folks didn’t turn it off. Give em a break. 27519 is off the Internet for a while. Go read a book. Play Monopoly. Go outside. Meet a neighbor (I just did!).

@JuliainRaleigh @Ask_Spectrum They probably put something out on the TV, not realizing your TV is tied in to the existing internet/cable connection. They say they have to have a certain percentage of calls from an area before they declare an outage. Once in Cary, I had to ask my neighbors to call so % was met

Amazing how little @GetSpectrum cares about their customers. Charging $70 for horrible internet by itself is egregious. At least take me to dinner before you try to screw me.

@Ask_Spectrum your service is horrible. Internet goes out multiple times a day. Called today, was told a rep would call me in an hour to an hour and a half to try and schedule service...nada... zip...zilch. I pay for a service that is horrible and unworthy of my money.

So I was forced to get #Spectrum for Internet after 2 years because I moved 10 min away from a #GoogleFiber supported area and, my god, is the difference in speed and customer service noticeable lol

Spectrums Internet service is so unreliable. @Ask_Spectrum @GetSpectrum And add insult to injury, if you call to report outages, they will make you wait to have an intrusive technician in your house rather than taking ownership.

@Ask_Spectrum We have been a loyal customer of yours for four plus years, we have had Intermittent outages in our area but it has been a long time since we have had one. Our service in our area of Crosby, MN is pretty decent. So, I will give you credit where credit is due.

@Ask_Spectrum Please do it just seems like a missed opportunity & a big convenience feature thats missing specially if your trying to sync up a live sporting event or movie with a friend who maybe has a different service that's either ahead or behind you in time based on the streaming service

@GetSpectrum is the worst!!!! I don’t even have service on a phone I just bought from the store and left with last Sunday. Due to their new and stupid 2.0 system somehow my activation got stuck in the system. I was told that tier 3 was supposed to get this fixed within 72 hours.

Just switched to frontier Fiber internet because @GetSpectrum is to damn expensive. Saving money with better faster internet.

@Ask_Spectrum @joeimel @kyoag, the Spectrum Residential General Terms policy states "subject to restrictions under applicable law, if any, and without abrogating [new service refund policy]..."Is there any applicable law preventing this sort of unfair billing practice?
